REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of this product (a personal care device), we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@equilibracare.com with photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please allow up to 10 business days for approved refunds to be processed back to your original payment method.
